The service

Marginr is an early-stage project being built for independent dental practices, operated by Paul-Matthieu Castro, based in Lyon, France. The website presents the Marginr concept, runs the free margin check, and offers founding-access services.

Every free-check figure is a screening calculation from statement lines you review after automated extraction or enter manually. Extraction can be incomplete or incorrect. A clearly labelled Marginr working assumption does not prove causation, cancellation rights, negotiation outcomes, or recovery. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice, clinical advice, dental advice, or financial advice.

The website is intended for business and professional users. You agree not to submit patient information, health information, protected health information, medical records, or dental treatment details through the website.

The guarantee

The “we confirm $5,000 a year or refund the fee” guarantee applies only to the completed Full Margin Audit. Marginr counts annual margin as confirmed only when an accurate source document supports the amount and the written audit names a practical action available. It is not a promise that you will implement the action or realise the savings.

If the completed audit confirms less than $5,000 in total recoverable annual margin, email paulmatthieu@marginr.com. The $500 audit fee will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

Refund eligibility for a paid service is stated on its checkout page and order confirmation. The Full Margin Audit guarantee above remains available after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marginr disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marginr and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website, including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
