The service

Marginr is an early-stage project being built for independent dental practices, operated by Paul-Matthieu Castro, based in Lyon, France. The website presents the Marginr concept, runs the free margin check, and offers founding-access services.

Every figure the tool computes is indicative, from numbers you type. Reference bands are industry reference figures. Website content is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute accounting advice, tax advice, legal advice, clinical advice, dental advice, or financial advice.

The website is intended for business and professional users. You agree not to submit patient information, health information, protected health information, medical records, or dental treatment details through the website.

The guarantee

The “find $5,000 a year or the audit is free” guarantee applies only to the completed Full Margin Audit. Recoverable annual margin means opportunities identified in the written audit from the accurate, business-only information and source documents you provide. It is not a promise that you will implement or realise those savings.

If the completed audit identifies less than $5,000 in total recoverable annual margin, email paulmatthieu@marginr.com. The $500 audit fee will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

Refund eligibility for a paid service is stated on its checkout page and order confirmation. The Full Margin Audit guarantee above remains available after delivery. Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marginr disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Marginr and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the website — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of data, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
